Monica Martinez is the South American Coordinator at the
Joseph Campbell Foundation Mythological RoundTable® Program, as well as Director of the JCF Mythological RoundTable® Group of Granja Viana, Brazil. She is professor at the Graduate Program in Communication and Culture at the University of Sorocaba and visiting professor at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences de l´Information et de la Communication (Celsa) of the Sorbonne Université. She has a PhD in Communication Sciences from São Paulo University. She is president of the Brazilian Journalism Researchers Association (SBPJor) and author of Literary Journalism: tradition and innovation (Florianópolis: Insular, 2016).
