We are experimenting with a format change in response to confusion among participants in conversations with multiple posts. It can be difficult for someone new to the conversation to know who is replying to whom – so now we have enabled “nested replies”: if someone is replying to your post, their comment will appear directly beneath yours, rather than pages away. For the moment, threaded comments are allowed “three deep,” though we might need to reconfigure that to just two levels of nested replies.
