FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, click here
to have it eMailed to you.
CASE-SENSITIVITY
Please note that our login system is case-sensitive, i.e. it matters if
the characters you use are in "UPPER CASE" or "lower case." We would suggest
that you copy and paste your information directly from the eMail we sent
you into the login form until you get used to entering your information
in correctly. The best indicator that you have entered the case in incorrectly
is that you are presented with a blank screen.
COOKIES ENABLED BROWSER
If you are still unable to login, it is possible that you do not have
your Internet browser enabled to accept cookies. If this option in not
enabled, you will not be able to access the Associate section of our website.
As the Joseph Campbell Foundation is not in a position to support issues
like this on our Associates' personal computers, it is our recommendation
that you contact your own computer support technician to assist you in
determining if your browser is configured properly.
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD OR EMAIL
You may change your password after you've logged in by clicking on the "My Associate Profile" link on the Associate tab. On
the screen that comes up next, you'll see a box labeled "Change Password."
Just enter your current password in the "Old Password" field
and enter the password you would like to have in the "New Password"
field. You may also change your eMail in the same area. However, if you
do this, please remember to use the new eMail the next time you login.
Please remember the case-sensitivity issue when you create your new password
or eMail.
If, after following the tips above, you are still unable to login successfully,
please
contact us for assistance.
Thank you for visiting our website.
